To start the conference, please dial your direct dial-in number and enter your moderator PIN followed by the # key. The other participants dial in using the same telephone number and the participant PIN.

Additional key commands for the moderator
| *5 | Lock/unlock conference room | prevents further participants access to the conference |
| *7 | Switch presentation mode on/off | switch to presentation mode when all conference participants are switched to mute, except for the moderator; switch back to normal mode |
| #1 | Play names of participants | names recorded at the beginning of the conference are played back |
| #2 | State number of participants | announces the number of conference participants |
| #3 | Dial-out connection per operator (extra charge) | allows further participants to be added using dial-out |
| #7 | Start/stop and playback of old recordings | starts or stops conference recording |
| #9 | End conference by moderator hanging up | (on/off) |
