Web conference (extra charge)

Sometimes a picture is worth a thousands words. An integrated web conference gives you the possibility of enabling your participants to visualise your message. You can show them images live on screen and, if desired, process the images together. We will be glad to advise you – simply contact us.

Dial-out (extra charge)

With dial-out audio conferences, your participants do not dial into the audio conference themselves, but are called by our operator and connected to the audio conference. Alternatively, you can do this yourself using the free Conference Manager. This means you can ensure that all your participants are there on time.

International dial-in numbers (extra charge)

You and your participants can dial in via local-rate landline or freephone (free for the caller) numbers from more than 50 countries. The use of international dial-in numbers incurs an extra charge for the client - this depends on the country in question. We will be pleased to send you the tariffs on request.

Outlook Plug-in

The Outlook Plug-in enables you to invite your participants to your audio conference in just a few seconds – direct from your Outlook calendar. This makes the handling, using predefined conference information such as the invitation text, dial-in numbers and conference PIN, even more convenient.

Operator service

meetyoo is there to support you. If you need help during your audio conference, a meetyoo agent is on hand immediately. Even if your telephone is unable to handle keypad entries (not DTMF compatible) or your in-house telephone system is down, we wil get you into the conference without delay.

It doesn´t matter where you are – with the meetyoo mobile conference app you can plan and implement your next audio conference location-independant. Simply select the conference time and send free invitations to your contacts by e-mail oder SMS – everything else will be done by the meetyoo app.

Recording

By recording and archiving your conference you can give your participants the opportunity to call up the conference at a later point in time.

One-time conference portal (extra charge)

If you need a number of one-time conferences for which your PINs are only valid once, the one-time conference portal is for you. Here, you set up your own conference rooms as required – these are automatically deactivated after a single use. One-time conferences are often used, e. g. for conferences with job applicants or clients.
