Dial-out: for audio conferences with guaranteed punctuality

With dial-out, oversights or late arrivals are a thing of the past. You can be sure that your audio conference will begin promptly, with all participants on time, and you decide to the precise minute when your participants will be connected. In contrast to the usual dial-in system, with dial-out your participants do not themselves connect to the audio conference, but are called up by you. This means that your participants need do nothing more than pick up the telephone and have themselves put through to your conference.
This is made possible by our practical online tool, the free Conference Manager. You simply enter your participants’ telephone numbers once – the rest is done automatically.

The alternative to the Conference Manager: dial-out with operator support

If you do not have access to an Internet connection to call up your participants yourself, or if you value an extra level of service, then dial-out with operator support is for you. Your participants are called in person by our friendly operator and connected punctually to your audio conference.
If you would like the services of an operator to assist your participants to dial-in to an audio conference, all you need to do is book the dial-out conference by calling +49 30 868 710 - 550 and telling us:

1. The date and time of the conference
2. The participants’ names (for the personal greeting)
3. The telephone numbers of the participants to be called
4. The estimated duration of the conference

Your participants will then be called at the planned time by our friendly operator, greeted in person and connected to your audio conference. During the audio conference, our operator monitors the conference connection and is available at all times should you have any questions.
