So setting up your business audio conferences is now even more efficient – even when you’re on the move.

Conference planning

The conference overview displays all forthcoming conferences. The meetyoo mobile conference app gives you the possibility of dialling direct into the conference of your choice using the “Start conference” button. Planning a new conference is also quick and convenient with the app – simply enter the name of the conference room and add the subject of the conference, specify the date and time and invite your participants. Your PINs will be adopted automatically.

Inviting participants

Participants are invited by SMS or e-mail direct from your iPhone – without it costing you a penny. Select contacts from your address book or enter the new contact data into the participant selection screen. Predefined invitation texts are used for sending the messages; these include the subject of the conference, the start time and the duration. An ics. calendar entry for synchronisation with the iPhone calendar is also sent as an attachment.
