Quick guide
Installation

1. Download
Download the meetyoo mobile conference app from the App Store. Based on your iPhone’s language setting, a German or English version will be installed. -
2. Start
Select the meetyoo mobile conference icon on your screen. -
3. Login
Enter your login data (e-mail address and password).
Settings
You can define the following standards for your conferences:
- Saving of the login data for automated login
- Permanent entry of the moderator and participant PINs for your BusinessAudio conference room
- Permanent storage of the name, which will also be used as the sender reference for e-mail and SMS messages
The audio conference dial-in number +49 30 868 71 400 is stored as a setting and can be adapted to your individual specifications.

Planning a conference
You can plan and set up new conferences using the “Add” button.
To do this, please enter the following data:
- Name of the conference room
- Subject oh the conference
- Date an time
Your standard settings are adopted for the moderator and participant PIN.
Inviting participants
Under the “Participants” tab you can select the participants you wish from your address book or enter new e-mail addresses or mobile phone numbers.
Predefined invitation texts are used for sending the messages. The subject and start time of the conference are included in the SMS or e-mail invitation. As moderator you will also receive a copy of the invitation.
An ics. calendar entry for synchronisation with the iPhone calendar is also sent as an attachment.
Start the conference
The conference overview displays all forthcoming conferences by date and name of conference room. The subject of the conference can be viewed by clicking on the name of the conference room.
As moderator you dial direct into your planned conference. To do this, select the conference you want from the conference overview and start it using the “Start conference” button“.
A screen then opens showing you all the control options available to you.
