One-time conference portal
Besides the permanently established audio conference, the one-time conference, where the assigned PINs are intended for use on one occasion only, is a sensible addition to your corporate communications. If conferences are held where you have frequently changing participants (such as contract partners, candidates or clients), we recommend setting up separate conference rooms that are only intended for single use. The one-time conference portal enables you to set up any number of conference rooms at any time. After use, the access information (PINs) will be automatically deactivated.

Activation for the one-time conference portal:
If you already have a BusinessAudio conference room at meetyoo, you can easily activate this for use of the one-time conference portal. The one-time service fee is 29 euros plus VAT per BusinessAudio conference room, allowing you to generate any number of one-time conferences online after activation. If you are not a client of meetyoo, we will be happy to set up for you a BusinessAudio conference room including the use option of the one-time conference portal.
Generating new one-time conferences:
Once your BusinessAudio conference room is activated, you may generate new one-time conferences via the one-time conference portal at any time free of charge.
Enter the access information for your BusinessAudio conference room for which you would like to generate a one-time conference. You will then be asked for your name and your e-mail address and will also have the option to indicate the cost centre, to subsequently arrange your itemized statement.
After the generation process is complete, you will receive the access information (moderator and participant PIN) for your one-time conferences in two separate e-mails.
