The Outlook Plug-in enables you to send out invitations to your audio conference quickly and easily direct from the Outlook calendar. Predefined conference information such as the invitation text, dial-in numbers and conference PIN are sent out together with the conference invitation. The available dial-in numbers are updated automatically.

Installation
The Outlook Plug-in is installed using a setup file:
- Administrator rights are needed for the installation.
- The Outlook program must be closed during the installation.
- Microsoft Outlook versions 2000 to 2010 are supported.
Configuration
The conference information is configured using the Outlook >>Configuration<< button
- Please select the national dial-in numbers with German or English greeting messages or the international dial-in numbers for your participants. The selected numbers will be presented in a preview.
- The standard dial-in numbers can be selected from the drop-down menu shown in the conference invitation together with the participant PIN.
- Select the language of the predefined invitation text and enter your participant PIN. This is then adopted in the invitation text.
Drawing up an Outlook invitation
Go to the button and select the conference date. Your preconfigured access information will be added tot he calendar entry. Once your participants have been selected the conference invitation can be sent.
