Participant control
The free participant control facility has a number of functions to increase your security and control as moderator. You can see online which participants are at your event conference and who wishes to take part in the question-and-answer session. The chat function enables you to communicate with the operator at any time. You also have the option of changing the sequence of questioners yourself or blocking individual questioners. An overview of the pre-registered participants or those currently involved in the audio conference can be printed out or exported to Microsoft Excel at any time using the Event-Manager.
