Event registration enables you to reduce the dial-in times to event conferences with a large number of participants as well as benefiting from an additional price incentive. Put simply, it saves you money!
Your participants can register online in advance. This gives you the possibility of requesting additional data, enabling you to gain important information about your participants. You are also given an overview of how many and which participants have already registered for your audio conference.
The moderator arranges the event conference with meetyoo and is given the schedule including a registration link to pass on to the participants.
The participants register for the planned event in advance on the registration site, giving their “Last name”, "First name” and “E-mail address”. There is the option of further data fields.
The registered participants are sent an e-mail with the dial-in information and a calendar date to add to their appointments calendar.
At the planned date and time the participants dial in and enter their participant PIN and the event PIN for authentication via their telephone keypad (a DTMF-compatible phone is required).
The participants are put on hold with music until the moderator dials in.
If you wish, you can obtain a list of participants after the event conference (subject to extra charge). Alternatively, as you use the Event-Manager you can export or print out the current list yourself during the event.
The Event-Manager from meetyoo enables you to see who has already registered before the audio conference begins. You can print out or export a current list of participants during the event from the participant control function.
