With Live Meeting Client, you control your web conference. As soon as Client has been installed, these are just some of the options you have:

  • Showing participants programs on their computer (desktop-sharing)
  • Working jointly in documents, without third parties accessing your computer (via document upload),
  • Displaying PowerPoint presentations in exact color
  • Seeing your participants via webcam
  • Offering the web conference with an integrated telephone conference

Integrating the telephone conference?

Via Live Meeting Client, the integrated telephone conference is also controlled. That makes, e.g., dial-up even easier for your participants, since they can be called at the outset.
So that you have access to all control options, simply adjust the meeting options for your web conference to meet your needs. Read more about this here.

Brand your conference center?

(For BusinessWeb Flat customers)

As administrator you can design your Live Meeting conference center in your corporate design. Whether you speak to your team in-house or externally to a potential customer, this is how you always make your presentation in your own corporate branding:

  1. In the conference center under Administration, go to the Account link
  2. Select the item Customization and then the item Branding
  3. Create your own design according to our instructions.

Outlook add-inn

The add-in makes it possible to conveniently plan web conferences using Outlook. To create a new appointment or send invitations to your participants, you only need two mouse clicks. At the same time, you can also specify all meeting options.

Set up an organizer account?

(For BusinessWeb Flat customers)

As administrator you can set up organizer accounts for however many licenses you purchased. Just carry out the following steps:

  1. In the conference center under Administration, go to the Account link
  2. Under the item Membership, you create the organizer account: Create new member
  3. Check the box Send welcome e-mail to automatically send the access data.
